Most of our daily activities reinforce the bad habit of forward-slumping shoulders, which results in tight chest muscles and laxity in back muscles. As you approach a doorjam, squeeze your shoulder blades together, place hands on either side of the door, and gently lean forward, stretching your pectoral muscles.
